Ok. let me first start off by saying I am completely and utterly bias.

Let me also say that I hate trance.

The Reason: Trance is a boring genre. Same sounds, Same formula, same 3 hour snare rolls, and almost NO evolution as a whole genre and art form (if you want to call it that).

I feel like I am listening to country music and I want to bang my head against a brick wall...

On the positive side of things, I want to say that you, sir, are a pretty damn good producer. If the song was not this trance dance garbage, then I would give you a 10/10 and a 5/5 because of the awesome technical skills that you have and that I envy.

In Conclusion: You are an amazing producer and have a lot of talent. But have you ever considered trying to do something a little bit more original? Ok Ok Ok. Let me clear that up a bit by saying: Doing something original that will progress the genre forward rather than doing something that sounds exactly like Tiesto.

Sorry I have to be bogus but I have to express my displeasure with the song and where it lies in the ranks. I will probably catch some heat for this but whatever.

Please don't think that I am just trying to be an asshole because I am not trying to put you down.

This doesn't sound like tiesto at all im beggining to wonder if you ever even heard his stuff or my song, 1 of the 2.
And you could have at least rated on effort and quality. Instead you decided to hate my song cause its in the "Dance" genre.

I really like the simplicity to this track. It really kinda captures that exact feeling for the situation you were describing.

I think whats lacking here is events in the song. you should have a kinda breakdown somewhere in there and kinda build it up at some point to a climax.

The song has a cool sound. Reminds me of NIN.

yeah this song need to loosen up a bit. The midi drums are a but too ridged. You know.... Most music production software allows you to de-quantize your MIDI notes or what they sometimes call "Humanize." Funny how you use a computer to make something sound more natural. :-P

This is not a bad song by any means at all. Like I said before, you need to add some more dynamic into your drums. they sound like they are mostly all at the same velocity which is something you can go in and change easily.

I wouldnt quite call this a hip hop beat....
